Vernon BC was selected to be a community to receive a Canadian Tire Jump Start Inclusive playground. Located in Marshall fields park in Vernon BC this park is assessable for children of all ages. Featuring the main island with a ramp entry for children in wheelchairs, assessable slides, and education components such as braille and A.S.L. this park truly is for everyone!
One exciting feature of this park is the fact that there are spots for the older children and sections for the younger ones. The Vernon Jumpstart playground has multiple slides, multiple climbers a music section (I forgot to get footage of) a zero-entry carousel, and so much more! If you are local or visiting you need to check it out!
